Bryce R. Levine, Esq. joined the firm as an associate in September 1997 and was admitted to practice in the Second Department, State of New York in January 1998. Mr. Levine was named a partner in the firm on January 1, 2007. He has practiced almost exclusively in matrimonial and family law since his admission to the bar. Mr. Levine received his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in May 1997. While attending law school, he was a member of the Hofstra Law Review and served as an Articles Editor for the Law Review's 25th volume. An article he authored concerning custody and divorce issues was published in Volume 25 of the Hofstra Law Review, which has been subsequently cited in a number of different legal publications.  Mr. Levine also assisted in the publication of a chapter in the 1998 edition of The Annual Survey of Matrimonial Law from the New York chapter of the American Inns of Court entitled, Wasteful Dissipation of Marital Assets. Mr.Levine is well versed in all aspects of matrimonial and family law litigation as well as related appellate litigation in matters dealing with equitable distribution, child and spousal support, enforcement, modification and recission of matrimonial agreements and judgments, custody and visitation. He has also participated as a panel member for the Early Neutral Evaluation Program at the Nassau County Supreme Court for matrimonial matters. Mr. Levine is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association, as well as their respective Matrimonial and Family Law sections and keeps up-to-date of all current decisions in the matrimonial and family law areas.
