  Jennifer L. Deaver, Esq. joined the firm as an associate in May 2008. Ms. Deaver received a J.D. from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in December 2003. She was admitted to practice in the Second Department of the State of New York in September 2004. In addition, she was admitted to practice in the Eastern District of New York and Southern District of New York in September 2004. Ms. Deaver has handled all aspects of matrimonial and family law litigation, including complex issues involving Child Protective Services, custody, visitation, equitable distribution, child and spousal support, enforcement proceedings, modification proceedings and family offense proceedings. She regularly appears for hearings, conferences and other matters in Family Court and Supreme Court of Nassau, Suffolk, and all five boroughs of New York City. Ms. Deaver is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association, as well as its respective Family Law section and keeps abreast of all current decisions in the matrimonial and family law arena.
