Ms. Miller received her J.D. from New York Law School in May 2002, and was admitted to the Bar in 2003. Ms. Miller served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx County District Attorney’s office, where she prosecuted in excess of 1,000 misdemeanor and felony crimes, and tried approximately twenty (20) bench and jury trials. In 2005, Ms. Miller began practicing with Slade & Newman LLP, in New York, New York, where the primary focus of her practice was in matrimonial and family law. She has been employed with JEFFREY S. SCHECTER & ASSOCIATES, P.C., a firm whose primary practice is matrimonial and family law, since August 2009. Ms. Miller has represented clients in matrimonial, family court, and appellate proceedings in courts throughout the State of New York, including the each of the five (5) boroughs of New York City, Rockland County, Nassau County, and Suffolk County. Ms. Miller keeps abreast of all current decisions in the matrimonial and family law area.
